Our new look Summer menu includes exciting new 'Street Food' options with clear allergen advice and Halal suitable information.
We have now included the Carbon Footprint grading that each dish has.
'A' grade has a low carbon output, ranging to an 'E' grade that is classed as having a high carbon output.
We are committed to providing our students with healthy, nutritionally balanced food, but also food that is sustainably produced by our In House catering team.
- 71% of our menu has an 'A' grade carbon footprint.
- 26% of our menu has a 'B' grade carbon footprint.
- 3% of our menu has a 'C' grade carbon footprint.
- With no dish having a 'D' or 'E' grade!!!
So as well as eating healthily, you can eat sustainably as well!!
